This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as Privacy Policy) applies to all information provided by the "Y2C" LLC (hereinafter - Company) (OGRN: 1197746023936. Moscow, ul. Pilota Nesterova, 5, Room 8) by the user while browsing the website YesYou.Care.

The website YesYou.Care, also https://yesyou.care, also www.yesyou.care (hereinafter - "Portal" or "Website") is owned by "Y2C" LLC. All rights on the portal are protected and their violation is prosecuted according to the legislation of the Russian Federation. "Y2C" LLC takes care of the confidentiality of its users’ data.

This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the portal functions as well as to the fulfilment of obligations to users, the company, third parties, legal entities or authorities (local self-government).

1.4. «Dissemination of personal data» - measures of transferring personal data to an undefinable number of persons (§ 5 Art. 3 Federal Act of 27.07.2006 N 152 Federal Act);

1.5. «Provision of personal data» - measures of transferring personal data to a specific person or a certain group of persons (§ 6 Art. 3 Federal Act of 27.07.2006 N 152 Federal Act);

1.6. «Blocking of personal data» - temporary cessation of personal data processing (unless processing is required to clarify personal data) (§ 7, Art. 3 Federal Act of 27 July 2006 N 152-Federal Act);

1.7. «Destruction of personal data» - operations allowing to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) to destroy the personal data media (§ 3 Art. 8 of 27 July 2006 N 152 Federal Act);

1.8. «Depersonalization of personal data» - it becomes impossible to assign personal data to a specific user without using additional information (§ 9 Art. 3 Federal Act of 27.07.2006 N 152 Federal Act);

1.9. «Cross-border transfer of personal data» - transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, to a foreign natural person or to a foreign legal entity. (§ 11 Art. 3 Federal Act of 27 July 2006 N 152 Federal Act);

1.10. «Confidentiality of personal data» - a mandatory requirement of the operator or another person who has received access to the personal data, to refuse disclosure of such data without the consent of the data subject or for other legal reasons.

1.11. «Portal User» (hereinafter - "User") - any natural or legal person who, in some way uses the services and functions of the portal, regardless the existing registration on the portal;

1.12. «Login and Password» - a unique combination of words, numbers and characters that allows the user to access all features of the website, including the encrypted pages of the Portal.

1.13. «Cookies» - an insignificant amount of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's PC, sent by the web client or the web browser to the web server in an HTTP request on every attempt to open the page of the corresponding website;

1.14. «IP Address» - a unique network address on a computer network established via an IP address;

1.15. «Project» - an idea, an event, a service, execution of works, acquisition of property, etc. for charitable purposes according to part 1 of article 2 of the "Federal Act of 11.08.1995 N 135 Federal Act "On Charity and Volunteering (voluntary work)" be implemented by means of charitable crowdfunding and funds for this project organized on the portal, on the basis of which the user determines the expediency of intended financial support for this idea.

1.16. «Business Services» - users are given the opportunity to use the portal by gaining access to the information on projects published on the portal, or through the initiators on the portal.


2. General provisions:

2.1. This Privacy Policy applies to the YesYou.Care website on all computing devices. Using the YesYou.Care website, the user accepts this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the user's personal information. 3.3. The user agrees voluntarily and in his own interest with the processing, including collection, systemization, storage (clarification, updating, modification), use, transfer of the administration of the website, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, disclosure of personal data to third parties, the depending on the document (questionnaire, application, answer, etc.), without restrictions to the following personal data:

This consent is granted without any limitation of validity.

5. Personal data processing methods and periods:

7. Obligations of the parties:

7.1. The user is obliged to:

7.1.1.provide reliable personal data related information, required to use the YesYou.Care website.

7.1.2. update or supplement the personal data provided in the event of a change.

7.2.1. The project authors undertake to use personal data of the sponsors for purposes not provided for in the project conditions and not specified in the project description.

7.2.2. Project authors never receive information about sponsor credit or debit cards or other payment data using other payment methods and types.

7.3. Website administration is obliged to:

7.3.1. use the information obtained solely for the purposes stated in §4 of this Privacy Policy.

7.3.2. ensure that confidential information is undisclosed, that it is not shared without the user's prior written consent, and that the user's personal information, with the exception of clauses, is not sold, exchanged, published or otherwise disclosed, except article 5.2. of this Privacy Policy;

7.3.3. Blocking of the personal data of the user concerned, from the moment the user or his / her legal representative or authorized body is contacted or requested to protect the data subject's rights for the review period, once either inaccurate personal information or illegal activities become known.


8. Responsibilities of the parties:

8.1. The company is not liable for any damage or loss incurred by users due to errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by the site administration or the users on the site. For its part, the company makes every effort to resolve any disagreements between the user and the website.

8.2. If due to maintenance or other technical work that ensures the proper functioning of the website, access to the website is not or only partially possible, the company does not assume any responsibility towards users for the lack of information.

8.3. The user is liable for any damage caused by the use of materials obtained while using the site services.

8.4. The responsibility for any problems that occurred during the registration and use of the website, lies solely with the user. The company cannot be held liable for any damage or loss suffered by the user due to a problem caused by a mistake or negligence on the part of the user when using the website.


9. Dispute resolution:

9.1. Before applying to a court in proceedings between the user of the YesYou.Care website and the website administrator, a claim should be raised (a written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution). Upon receipt of the claim, the party is obliged to give a reasoned written response to the claim within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

9.2. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute is relegated to the judicial authority at the location of "Y2C" LLC.

9.3. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the user and the web administrator are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.


10. Additional agreements:

10.1. The web administration is entitled to make changes to the current Privacy Policy without the consent of the user.

10.2. The new version becomes effective after publication on the YesYou.Care website, unless otherwise provided.
